Professor Arielle Zhaoyi Liu, Founding Executive Director.
Prof. Liu has lived in Africa for more than two decades and is the Director of the South Africa Branch of the Institute of African Studies at Zhejiang Normal University. She is widely regarded as a pivotal bridge between China and South Africa’s academic, business, and policy communities.
